【TAICA】臺灣大專院校人工智慧學程聯盟

教育部「臺灣大專院校人工智慧學程聯盟」（Taiwan AI College Alliance, TAICA），透過跨校人工智慧學程，統整教學資源，提供人工智慧相關課程，提供學生跨校學習機會，TAICA聯盟開設 「人工智慧探索應用學分學程」 、「人工智慧工業應用學分學程」、 「人工智慧自然語言技術學分學程」 及 「人工智慧視覺技術應用學分學程」 等 4 類學分學程，提供不同領域學生學習需求。
The Taiwan Artificial Intelligence College Alliance (TAICA), established by the Ministry of Education, integrates teaching resources through inter-university AI programs to offer a variety of artificial intelligence courses and cross-campus learning opportunities. TAICA provides four AI-related credit programs — Applied Artificial Intelligence Exploration Program, Artificial Intelligence in Industrial Applications Program, Artificial Intelligence for Natural Language Technology Program, and Artificial Intelligence for Computer Vision and Imaging Technology Program — catering to students from diverse academic backgrounds.

適用對象｜Eligibility
★學程適用對象：大學部或研究所學生。
★為符合TAICA計畫規定，本計畫只限聯盟學校學生修讀。
★TAICA聯盟各學分學程總修習學分為 15 學分。
These programs are open to undergraduate and graduate students. In accordance with TAICA program regulations, only students from participating alliance universities are eligible to enroll. Each TAICA credit program requires a total of 15 credits to complete.
TAICA證書取得條件｜TAICA Certificate Requirements
‧ TAICA聯盟各學分學程間可互相抵免學分上限為 6 學分(例如：「人工智慧倫理」課程可於各學程中認抵3學分，但學生累計認抵之TAICA課程學分不得超過6學分。)
‧ 若需取得TAICA聯盟頒發學程學分證明，學生必須在各該學分學程中修習至少 8 學分以上聯盟認定課程，包括主導課程(鏡像課程)與衛星課。
‧ 學生如欲申請以性質相近之課程認抵本學程課程，以3學分為上限，並須檢附課程大綱、成績單等相關資料，經學程委員會審查通過後，始得認抵。
‧ Each TAICA program requires the completion of 15 credits. Up to 6 credits may be cross-counted between different TAICA programs. To obtain the program credit certification issued by the TAICA Alliance, students must complete a total of 15 credits, including at least 8 credits from TAICA-recognized courses, which may include leading courses, mirror (core) courses, or satellite courses.
淡江大學學分學程證明書取得條件｜TAMKANG UNIVERSITY awards this CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
‧ 必須修畢本學程指定課程至少 15 學分，且其中至少應有 6 學分 不屬於學生主修學系之應修科目。
‧ To qualify for a university-issued certificate, students must complete at least 15 credits of designated courses within the program.Among these, at least 6 credits must be from courses outside the student’s major department.

修課方式與流程
Course Application and Procedures
線上申請學分學程｜Online Application for Programs
依本校行事曆公告時間，向本校AI倫理教育資源中心辦公室線上提出申請。申請作業將透過線上表單辦理，表單每年開放兩次，分別於每學期第十週起受理申請，申請期間為期四週，並依規定完成相關申請程序。
申請學分學程前，已修習學程之指定科目，得列入所修習學分之審查。
According to the academic calendar, students should submit their applications online through the Center for AI Ethics Education. Applications are processed through an online form, which opens twice a year — starting from Week 10 of each semester and remains open for four weeks. Applicants must complete all required procedures within the designated period.
Students who have already completed designated courses before applying for the credit program may request to include those courses for credit review.

上課｜Class Attendance
上課方式依授課教師規定至各平台上課。 若為【NTU COOL數位學習平台】 主導課程皆使用台大數位學習平台NTU COOL(https://www.dlc.ntu.edu.tw/ntu-cool/)，採同步遠距教學並有錄影，學生可選擇非同步遠距方式學習。
已選上課程者，待開放權限後可於台大NTUCOOL平台上課，學生校級信箱(校級Email：帳號：學號@o365.tku.edu.tw 預設密碼：Tku+西曆生日,如Tku20010325 第一次登入後，請變更您的預設密碼)會收到來自NTU COOL 系統發出的課程邀請信，學生可依信中的引導。

Classes are conducted according to the instructor’s requirements on the designated learning platform.
For courses offered on the NTU COOL Digital Learning Platform (主導課程), teaching is conducted synchronously online and recorded for later access. Students may also choose asynchronous learning.

修畢申請｜Completion and Certification
校內學分學程證書：學生修畢本學程規定至少15學分且成績及格者，依本校行事曆公告時間填妥「淡江大學學生跨系、所、院學程學分證明書申請表」，檢附歷年成績單正本乙份，逕向AI倫理教育資源中心辦公室提出認證申請。
TAICA證書：學生修畢本學程規定至少15學分且成績及格者，依本校行事曆公告時間填妥「TAICA學程學分證明申請表」，檢附歷年成績單正本乙份，逕向AI倫理教育資源中心辦公室提出認證申請。
TAMKANG UNIVERSITY awards this CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
Students who complete at least 15 required credits in this program with passing grades may apply for certification. Please fill out the “Tamkang University Interdepartmental/Interdisciplinary Credit Program Certificate Application Form” and submit it along with an official transcript to the Center for AI Ethics Education during the application period announced in the academic calendar.
TAICA Certificate
Students who complete at least 15 required credits in the TAICA credit program with passing grades may apply for the TAICA Credit Program Certificate. Please submit the “TAICA Credit Program Certificate Application Form” and an official transcript to the Center for AI Ethics Education within the announced application period.
取得TAICA證書｜Certificate Issuance
校內學分學程證書：符合校內規定者，發給淡江大學學分學程證明書。
TAICA證書：符合TAICA聯盟學分學程規定，發給 教育部 TAICA 聯盟的數位證書。
核准修讀學分學程之學生，於主修學系修業年限內修畢學程規定之科目與學分時，得向教務處AI倫理教育資源中心申請核發學程學分證明書；經審核無誤後，依TAICA規定日期提交申請名單，由TAICA發給。
TAMKANG UNIVERSITY awards this CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION: Issued by Tamkang University to students who meet the internal program requirements.
TAICA Certificate: Issued by the Ministry of Education’s Taiwan AI College Alliance (TAICA) as a digital certificate, upon meeting the alliance’s requirements.
Students approved to enroll in the credit program must complete all required courses and credits within their program’s study period. After verification, the Center for AI Ethics Education will submit eligible applicants to TAICA according to the designated schedule for final certificate issuance.

TAICA的課可以算畢業學分嗎？
可以計入畢業學分,但全英語班學生僅承認全英語授課課程為畢業學分,研究生修習大學部課程均不列入畢業學分數計算。

可以，但研究生修習大學部課程均不列入畢業學分數計算。
博士班學生修習他系所（組）博士班課程至多以 12 學分計算於畢業學分數內。修習碩士班、碩士在職專班課程不列入畢業學分數計算，惟修習同系所碩士班、碩士在職專班課程至多以 9 學分計算於畢業學分數內。

English Q&A
Can TAICA courses be counted toward graduation credits?
Yes, TAICA courses may be counted toward graduation credits. However, for students in English-taught programs, only courses conducted entirely in English may be recognized as graduation credits. In addition, graduate students who take undergraduate-level TAICA courses cannot include those credits in their graduation credit count.

Can graduate students take TAICA courses?
Yes, graduate students are allowed to take TAICA courses. However, undergraduate-level courses taken by graduate students will not be counted toward graduation credits.
For Ph.D. students: Up to 12 credits from doctoral courses offered by other departments or programs may be counted toward graduation. Credits from master’s or in-service master’s programs will not be counted toward Ph.D. graduation credits. However, up to 9 credits from master’s or in-service master’s courses within the same department or program may be counted.
For Master’s and In-Service Master’s students: Doctoral-level courses taken within the same department or program will be counted toward graduation credits. Courses taken from other departments or programs (master’s, in-service master’s, or doctoral level) may be counted up to a maximum of 12 credits. For programs with specific regulations, please consult the respective department.
